Lt Ehren Watada, 28, faces four charges of conduct unbecoming an officer for his refusal to join his unit in Iraq in the summer. Speaking ahead of a pre-trial hearing, the conscientious objector pledged that he would "fight with everything I have for my freedom and that of all Americans. I will face imprisonment to stand up for my beliefs."

I heard this and bout pooped my socks. So I thought I would read up on it a little here or here. Yep, the first serviceman with a brain and balls. He says it's an illegal and immoral war, and he's right. Now here's the balls:

If he had gone to Iraq, his service would have been due to end next month.
Instead, if convicted, he could face six years in prison.

Yes balls. Six years vs. 30 days. Indeed Lt Watada feels strongly about this issue and I would like to vote for his for president. Clearly the only person to get out cloud of "I must, no matter what!@"

He claimed that his refusal to follow orders had been justified by "a surge
in popular resistance to the war as evidenced by the recent elections" and
complained that "the army seems intent on making an example of me".
"No one else is speaking up for the troops dying every day," he said.

Indeed. He's get reamed for this but others will listen and benefit from this.

Ex-Border Patrol Agents Await Word

How many of you know about this shit?!@ These two men did their job, did what we asked them to do, and now they sit in prison because of SHIT!

Two ex-Border Patrol agents are sitting in prison — at least one in solitary confinement, isolated from a prison community that likely would do him harm — while they hope for a pardon from President Bush, a family member told FOXNews.com.

Good luck waiting on that low life ignorant ass. In a nut shell here's what's up:

Ramos and Compean were charged with shooting at Osvaldo Aldrete Davila, who ran to Mexico after he was shot in the buttocks in February 2005. It was later found Aldrete was transporting over 700 pounds of marijuana while in the U.S. illegally. U.S. officials gave immunity to Aldrete for that drug run in exchange for his testimony against the two agents.

Did you get that?! He was given immunity! He also assaulted one of the officers while trying to get away. This story is exactly what our country is about...unfairness to the ones doing their job best they can with NO support from the government or people they serve.

And the only thing Bush is going to do is SUCK US dry even more.

I was looking at one of the magazines I get and saw this bike and the mans story. As most every one know, I don't get moved easily but this did (and yes I'm into bikes). So I thought I would post this. The photo's online doesn't even begin to do it justice at all.

Corporal Joseph S. Temblay

Joseph was born on November 13, 1981 in Ridgewood, NJ to Lawrence Tremblay, Sr. and Tina Marie Remo. He graduated in 1999 from the Newburgh Free Academy and also attended Orange County Community College.

Joseph joined the Marines just after graduation from the Academy in 1999 and completed a four-year tour. He remained in the Marines Reserves and signed up for active duty when the call went out for volunteers. During his tour of duty, he served in Hawaii , Japan and Australia.

His beloved family and friends are proud of his dedication in the service of our country. He stands for freedom, honor and dignity.

His memory will remain forever.

Personally I think Bush is about as intellectual as a dead frog. For someone that is supposed to be a president of a country, he doesn't know what is going on at all, or worse, doesn't think we know or should know what is going on. Not just this stupid oil driven war, but with everything from 9/11 to the environment and policies he's tossing around like shit.

As far as I and others I know are concerned, he's a violation of the U.S. Constitution and should never been allowed to be in office as the President of the United States. Just goes to show that they (The U.S. Government) are right...we are, as a society...sheep.
